Sixth Form Open Evening

Welcome to The Holt Sixth Form.

We are delighted to welcome you to our Sixth Form Open Evening.

As a sixth form within a school, our sixth form students have unique opportunities to embrace and contribute to the life of The Holt; both through their learning and by taking part in an extensive range of enrichment and leadership activities.

In August, we celebrated another year of outstanding results at GCSE and A Level. This high performance reflects the continuing dedication of our teachers, our pastoral support and our strong partnerships with parents to enable every student to achieve her/his very best both academically and by building her/his good character.

There will be a short presentation about our sixth form and the application process in the school hall at 6.00pm.

Following the presentation there will an opportunity to find out about courses offered at The Holt School sixth form.

Staff and students from each department will be giving short talks across six repeated sessions with some time for questions and answers before the end of each session.

Parents and students are welcome to attend three, four or all five sessions.

There will also be staff and students available in the sixth form centre to talk to you about the enrichment, Oxbridge and early entry and leadership opportunities we have to offer as well as answering more general questions about life in the sixth form.
